Please note: we do not provide ongoing HR services. While we may support with recruitment and team integration, all employment responsibilities remain with the practice.
Our services are provided on a minimum 12-month contract, allowing sufficient time to implement meaningful, sustainable improvements and deliver measurable results for your practice.
We hold appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover the consultancy and advisory services we provide. This ensures that both our business and the practices we support are protected.
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
We take data protection seriously and operate in line with UK GDPR regulations. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with current data protection laws.
All client and patient-related information is treated as strictly confidential and is only used for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not store or share sensitive data unnecessarily and ensure secure handling of all communications and documentation.
While we provide expert guidance and support, the implementation of recommendations and the day-to-day running of the practice remains the responsibility of the practice owner and team. We cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made outside of our direct control.
