A GDC-registered dental nurse, she combines clinical knowledge with a strong commercial mindset to deliver exceptional results across both patient care and business performance.

Currently working as a Business Manager, Joanne has held senior leadership roles including Business Development Manager and Area Manager, where she has overseen multiple practices, led expansions, and driven operational excellence. Her expertise spans HR, compliance (including successful CQC inspections), marketing, financial performance, and practice optimisation.

Joanne has a proven track record of transforming practices into high-performing, patient-focused environments. She is particularly recognised for her ability to grow private revenue—consistently increasing it by at least 50% in every practice she has worked in—through strategic marketing, patient journey optimisation, and team engagement.

Known for her outgoing personality and strong communication skills, Joanne builds positive, motivated teams and creates environments where both staff and patients thrive. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, understanding patient needs, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of care.

Nicole Vasconcelos is a GDC-registered Oral Surgery Nurse, Clinical Manager, and qualified Dental Nurse Assessor with over ten years of experience in the dental field.

Over the past decade, Nicole has completed a NEBDN post-registration qualification in Dental Implant Nursing, and her career has progressed beyond clinical practice into a strong focus on compliance management, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Currently working as a Head Nurse and Clinical Manager, Nicole has extensive experience in overseeing regulatory compliance, including infection control, audit processes, and health and safety standards. She is highly competent in ensuring adherence to governing body requirements, leading internal audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing systems that enhance accountability and team performance.

Nicole is recognised for her proactive approach, her ability to streamline processes, and her commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Alongside her managerial and compliance responsibilities, Nicole is passionate about dental education and professional development. She holds a CAVA Level 3 qualification in Dental Nurse Assessing and is dedicated to supporting and mentoring learners throughout their training.

With a background in Psychology, Nicole brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling her to effectively lead teams, support staff development, and manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
